2. Free Services
The majority of Clyvento's content and community features are available at no charge. Editorial articles, community event listings, and game discovery resources are provided free of cost. No purchase is required to access the primary functions of clyvento.com.
3. Paid Services — Cancellation and Refund Terms
3.1 Subscription Services
Where Clyvento offers paid subscription tiers:

- Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

3.2 Event Registrations
For paid community event registrations:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event.
- Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the event date are generally non-refundable, except in cases of documented emergency or if the event itself is cancelled or postponed by Clyvento.
- If Clyvento cancels or significantly changes a paid event, registered participants are entitled to a full refund.
